If you decide to choose Wexford Photography for your image creation we offer a flexible service. You can buy gift vouchers that can be redeemed at an arranged date and time, or you can book half day or full day sessions.
First decide on the type of portraits you want. You can purchase vouchers for one or more sessions. The length of a session depends on the type of shoot. You will get feedback during the photoshoot to see how the images look, we can adjust lights, camera angles, settings as often as needed to ensure we capture the best portraits for you. A portrait is all about you so your input is important.
A typical half day shoot would be a 3 hour session which includes 3/4 outfit changes, different sets/backgrounds/layouts, indoor or outdoor, at our studio or on location.
After a shoot we will provide you with a private online gallery on our website where you can select your favourite images. Once you have decided which images you want and have informed us, we will process and retouch your favourite images.
When we have processed your selections we will send the final retouched images to you via digital transfer.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON A PHOTOSHOOT
If you have never been to a photoshoot before, here is a quick breakdown as to what to expect
1. Prior to the shoot, we will discuss over the phone what type of shoot you want so we can plan for the day.
2. On the day of the shoot, arrive at our studio 10-15 minutes before shooting starts. Have tea/coffee and biscuit(s), relax and acclimatise. Deborah will have sent you directions and timings.
3. Layout clothes for the various sets and choose what to wear.
4. Shooting begins, you are a little nervous so we take it slowly, you get comfortable, we regularly review the images, feedback works both ways. You will be encouraged to relax and enjoy your photoshoot, after all its about you !
5. After shooting and a few changes of outfit we are done. You want to keep shooting but its time to wind down and head off home. You will feel excited about seeing the results of your photoshoot. Once we have had time to upload your unedited images to your private viewing gallery on our website, you will receive an email or phone call to let you know the images are ready for viewing. Each voucher entitiles you to 5 fully retouched images, but you are not limited to this and can purchase more.
6. You select your favourite images and let Deborah know your choice. We will process and retouch your selections and send the final high resolution images to you electronically.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
• Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
• Vouchers are valid for 3 months and are non-refundable.
• RAW and un-edited files are not included.
• Retouching is completed within a few days AFTER you have selected your favourite images.
• We own the copyright on any images that we capture.
• You will be asked to sign a release form for the images we shoot.
• You are granted a personal usage licence for any images you receive, not the ownership.
• Images are sent to you as High Resolution JPG files and TIFF if required for printing.
• If you want more images than those included with a voucher, just let us know. Time spent processing, retouching and sending the images is what incurs a small fee of €25/image. We offer reductions for higher quantities.
